I find this Sauvignon Blanc dry with a delicate minerality. This French wine is one of my favorites as it has hints of fruit and floral notes which all come together to make one refreshing glass of wine. 

This chocolatey Australian wine is a tawny based, yet soft dessert wine. It has become a staple at my table especially when I crave something sweet that is not overly chocolatey or syrupy.
